I'm a Brooklyn-based surfer and I’ve always struggled staying paddle fit because of work, life, and fickle east coast waves.

Surfing in California and Hawaii, I'd hear people complaining all the time about how they hadn't surfed for weeks and that they were out of shape.

I tried everything from elastic bands to pull-ups to all sorts of workouts and nothing really worked.

Until the HYDRAfit. I was landlocked for a month leading up to a trip to Hawaii, but I trained with the HYDRAfit and surfed 4-6 hours a day and felt great.

Our mission is to help surfers catch more waves, surf better, and have more fun. Not all of us are lucky enough to surf everyday and we all deserve a chance to be in shape so we can do the thing we love..

We also believe in protecting the spaces we play in so we'll be donating 1% of revenue to the Surfrider Foundation.
